What are credits?
Credits are used to create videos. Each video costs around 150 credits, which means the Basic subscription allows you to create about 5 videos per month. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.

To cancel your subscription, please contact us before your next billing cycle.

Our subscription operates on a monthly, recurring basis. This means your subscription will automatically renew each month, ensuring you continue to have uninterrupted access to all of AdVideos.AI's features. If you decide to cancel, you can easily do so at any time by logging into your account.

Please note that cancellations must be completed before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next month. Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Refund policy:
Please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This applies to all purchases, including subscription plans, one-time services, custom video requests, and any add-ons or upgrades. Since our products are digital and delivered instantly upon purchase, they cannot be returned or refunded. Additionally, many of our services involve personalized content generated specifically for your needs, making refunds impractical. Once our platform is accessed or used, the service is considered fulfilled.
